Facilitated by Thomas Smith, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Government & International Affairs USF St. Petersburg

Using the Arts as a Connection for Difficult Dialogue in the Classroom
Facilitated by Dr. Gail Humphries Mardirosian, American University. (Teachers will explore the use of arts integration to facilitate understanding about Terezin. Lesson plans will be explored to introduce students to the background and stories of Terezin, as well as some of the art created at the camp.)

Hosted by the Florida Holocaust Museum with special guest speakers, tours and educational materials.
 
 
All workshops are scheduled from 5:30pm - 8:30pm, unless otherwise indicated, and a light meal is provided.
